Senior Adult Ministry

Providing the backbone of Corinth Baptist church is our solid core of Senior Adults.  This group has provided solid biblical direction and brought us to where we are now.  Their physical, financial and spiritual support and nurturing has given this church a firm foundation to continue building upon.  This group has activities such as oil painting classes regularly.

As Corinth Baptist Church continues to reach out to young families, we will never become a church that pushes aside it's senior saints in order to accomplish growth in other areas.  Our wonderful group of seniors still have much to offer this church and community.  With their wisdom and insight, this church will continue to move forward, reaching the lost and making an impact in Effingham County.  

I would encourage any senior adult looking for a church home to come and give us a try.  Our senior saints love the Lord, they love this church and this church loves them.  Without them we would not be the church we are today.  And likewise, without them we will not be a church for tomorrow.

Every person in this church is valuable, and has a distinct purpose given them by God.  We do not believe that just because a person has reached “senior saintdom”, they have fulfilled their purpose in the Kingdom.  We all have work to do, until HE returns for us.  Our seniors here at CBC continually serve God in vital and meaningful ways!
